All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The following incidents occurred on Sunday, January 19, 2020:
OWI 2nd Offense / Felony Threat to a Law Enforcement Officer Arrest:
At approximately 12:05 a.m., Deputies responded to the W2000 block of STH 11 in the Town of Spring Grove for a report of a 911 hang up call. Deputies arrived on scene and located a vehicle in the north ditch. Investigation revealed that Jacquilyn H. Rowley, 26, Monroe, WI, was traveling westbound when she lost control of her vehicle, which then entered the north shoulder of the roadway. The vehicle then entered the north ditch and went down a steep embankment. The vehicle then became stuck in the ditch. The vehicle sustained minor front end damage and the airbags did not deploy. The vehicle was left on scene. Rowley reported that she was not injured and that she was wearing her seatbelt. Rowley’s adult passenger reported that he was not injured and that he was wearing his seatbelt.
Investigation resulted in Rowley being arrested for Operate While under the Influence (alcohol) – 2nd Offense. Rowley was transported to the Monroe Clinic Emergency Room for a legal blood draw. While at the Emergency Room, Rowley caused a disturbance and threatened to kill a law enforcement officer. Rowley was then arrested on criminal charges of Threat to a Law Enforcement Officer (Felony) and Disorderly Conduct. Rowley was also charged with Obstructing an Officer. Rowley was cited for Failure to Keep Vehicle under Control. Rowley was incarcerated in the Green County Jail pending an initial court appearance.
The Monroe Police Department assisted Deputies with the incident.
Bail Jumping Arrest:
At approximately 4:40 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the N8500 block of CTH E in the Town of Brooklyn for Operating Left of Center. Investigation resulted in the driver, Jeremy A. Moore, 37, Oregon, WI, being arrested for Bail Jumping. Moore was also cited for Operating While Revoked, Operating Left of Center, and Non-Registration of an Auto. Moore was incarcerated in the Green County Jail pending the posting of bond or an initial court appearance.
