Monroe Spring Leaf Collection

Due to the early snow last fall, the City of Monroe Streets & Storm Water Operations Division will be picking up leaves from April 1st to April 30th. Residents should rake their leaves into the curbline and then call 608-329-2490 with their address to be placed on the collection list.
