The following events occurred on April 5th, 2020:
All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Motor Vehicle Crash – Property Damage:
At approximately 7:43 AM, Deputies responded to the N6900 blk County HWY J, Town of Adams, for a reported single vehicle crash.
Investigation revealed that a vehicle, driven by Cindy Frankiewicz, 53, Blanchardville, was southbound on County HWY J when she lost control due to mechanical failure. The vehicle crossed the center line and entered the ditch where it struck a fence. Frankiewicz and passenger reported wearing their seatbelts and no injuries. The vehicle sustained moderate damage with no airbag deployment and was towed from the scene.
Criminal Arrest:
At approximately 2:17 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of State HWY 69 and Gutzmer Rd., Town of Mt. Pleasant.
Investigation resulted in the driver, Terry L Watson, 41, New Glarus, being arrested for a WI Department of Corrections Warrant. He was also cited for Speeding and No Valid Driver License. Watson was held at the Green County Jail.
Motor Vehicle Crash – Property Damage:
At approximately 5:50 PM, Deputies responded to the W8500 blk County HWY B, Town of Cadiz, for a reported single vehicle crash.
Investigation revealed that a vehicle, operated by Michael E Holland, 64, Monroe, was backing two gravity wagons into a field drive when one of the gravity boxes suffered mechanical failure which caused it enter the ditch, causing damage. Holland and passenger reported wearing seatbelts and no injuries. The truck sustained no damage and no airbag deployment. One of the gravity wagons sustained minor damage. The truck and wagons were removed from the scene.
