All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The following incidents occurred on Sunday, June 14, 2020:
Disorderly Conduct:
At approximately 1:51 a.m., Deputies responded to a residence in the W8400 block of STH 81 in the Town of Jordan for a report of a disturbance. Investigation resulted in David W. Kuberski, 51, Monroe, WI, and Kenneth W. Kuberski, 75, Crystal Lake, IL, both being cited for Disorderly Conduct. Both subjects were released pending a court appearance.
Traffic Crime:
At approximately 10:23 a.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for Speeding in the N5300 block of STH 104 in the Town of Albany. Investigation resulted in the driver, Nicholas J. Roth, 40, Orfordville, WI, being cited for Operate Without a Valid License (2nd Offense) – Traffic Crime, Speeding, and Display of Unauthorized Registration Plates. Roth was released pending a mandatory court appearance.
Disorderly Conduct:
At approximately 12:34 p.m., Deputies responded to the W700 block of Ten Eyck Rd in the Town of Decatur for a report of a disturbance. Investigation resulted in Matthew W. Douglas, 63, Brodhead, WI, being cited for Disorderly Conduct. Douglas was released pending a court appearance.
Motorcycle Crash:
At approximately 5:19 p.m., Deputies were notified a motorcycle crash that had occurred on 06/12/20 in the N2100 block of STH 69 in the Town of Clarno. Investigation revealed that Coty D. D. Sweet, 31, Stockton, IL, was traveling southbound when he reported that a vehicle pulled out in front of him, causing him to lose control of his motorcycle and crash. The motorcycle was removed from the scene. Sweet did not report the crash and left the scene. Sweet was later treated for non-life threatening injuries sustained in the crash at a hospital in Illinois. Sweet reported that he was not wearing a helmet.
Sweet was cited for Failure to Report an Accident to Law Enforcement.
