On September 27, 2023, at 7:10 AM, officers arrested William D. Gallagher (41), Three Rivers, MI, in the 2000 block of 4th Street. Gallagher was charged with disorderly conduct under Wisconsin’s Domestic Violence laws. Gallagher was confined in the Green County Jail and later released after posting bail pending a court appearance.
