The following incidents occurred on Saturday, January 2, 2021:
Traffic Crime:
At approximately 4:48 a.m., Deputies responded to the N5800 block of STH 69 in the Town of Washington for a report of a vehicle in the ditch. Investigation revealed that Nicholas A. Paschal, 27, Monroe, WI, was traveling northbound when he lost control of his vehicle due to snow on the roadway. The vehicle then entered the ditch and came to a rest. The vehicle did not sustain any damage and Paschal was not injured. Paschal was cited for Operate without a Valid License – 2nd Offense within 3 years (Traffic Crime) and for Non-Registration of an Auto. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Disorderly Conduct:
At approximately 10:15 p.m., Deputies responded to a residence in the 400 block of S Mechanic St in the Village of Albany for a report of a disturbance. Investigation resulted in Anthony J. Terrones, 18, Beloit, WI, being cited for Disorderly Conduct. Terrones was released pending a court appearance.
