On September 26, 2023, at 12:51 AM, officers arrested Jonas A. Ramos Ramirez (27), Monroe, at a residence in the 800 block of 18th Avenue, following a disturbance call. Ramos Ramirez was charged with battery, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property under Wisconsin’s Domestic Violence laws. Ramos Ramirez was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
