The following events occurred on May 11th, 2020:
All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Motor Vehicle Crash – Personal Injury:
At approximately 11:56 AM, Deputies, along with Blanchardville EMS, responded to the N9600 blk Hay Hollow Rd., Town of York, for a single vehicle crash with injuries.
Investigation revealed that a vehicle, operated by Wayne Bue, 75, Mt. Horeb, was northbound on Hay Hollow Rd., when it crossed the center line and entered the west ditch and struck a tree. Bue reported injuries and wearing his seatbelt. The vehicle sustained severe damage with airbag deployment and was towed from the scene.
Criminal Arrest – Domestic Related:
At approximately 1:33 PM, Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance in the W2900 blk Hafen Rd., Town of Jefferson.
Investigation resulted in Lindsey L Koehler, 33, Juda, being arrested for Disorderly Conduct, domestic related. She was held at the Green County Jail pending bond or an initial court appearance.
Motor Vehicle Crash – Property Damage:
At approximately 5:45 PM, Deputies responded to the N8400 blk Marty Rd., Town of New Glarus, for a two vehicle crash with no injuries.
Investigation revealed that a vehicle, operated by Kaitlyn M Dunham, 20, Monroe, was stopped and attempting to turn around in the roadway, when her vehicle was struck by a vehicle, operated by Joshua J Ubersox, 39, Monroe, who was attempting to pass her stopped vehicle.
Ubersox and Dunham reported wearing seatbelts and no injuries. Both vehicles sustained minor damage with no airbag deployment and were driven from the scene.
