Clarence J. Sniff, age 98, of Monroe, died Sunday, March 29, 2020 at Monroe Health Services. Clarence was born on August 8, 1921 in Monica, Illinois, the son of Clarence C. and Ethel (Hill) Sniff. Clarence entered the U.S. Army in 1942 serving in North Africa, Southern Italy, and Sicily. He was honorably discharged in 1948 with the rank of Master Sergeant.
