Emanuela “Emma” L. Engles, 97 of Monroe, WI died Friday Sept. 22, 2023 at SSM Health Monroe Hospice Home. She was born December 2, 1925 to Luigi and Ida (Spenciero) Cifizzari in Milford, MA the first of 7 children.
