Frances P. Hagen, age 91, of South Wayne, died on Sunday, March 15, 2020 at the Lafayette Co. Manor in Darlington. She was born on August 5, 1928 in Shullsburg, the daughter of Thomas and Catharine (Hardy) Cavanaugh. She attended Shullsburg Schools.
